• Nexus Copy Number Standard provides the basic statistical tools for copy number analysis. It allows multi-sample processing, generation of frequency of aberration plots, detection of minimum common regions of gain or loss, and much more.
• Nexus Copy Number Discovery provides all the statistical tools needed to conduct copy number based research with maximum ease and speed. It includes all the same features as the Standard edition, including Nexus DB, plus additional computational modules for advanced analysis.
• Nexus Expression provides a streamlined, simple, and powerful solution for gene and RNA expression analysis.
