Advantages

Nexus Expression software is the result of a decade long quest to design a streamlined, simple, and powerful solution for gene and RNA expression analysis. Nexus Expression discards the "toolbox" methodology requiring extensive knowledge, and provides simple yet sophisticated analysis for the end user.

Nexus Expression is built on a powerful statistical engine allowing you to easily measure changes in gene expression (mRNA and miRNA) and associate sample phenotypes to gene regulation and biological pathways. Convert raw signal values into meaningful information by integrating sample phenotypes (e.g., disease stage, survival, age, sex, etc.) with gene annotations (e.g. Gene Ontology terms). Effortlessly navigate large datasets and generate results with just a few mouse clicks.

  • Compatible with NimbleGen Gene Expression arrays. High density, multiplex catalog and custom arrays can be loaded, processed, and viewed with ease.
  • Process and visualize data from many samples, on a basic desktop computer. Quickly and efficiently process hundreds of high-density arrays in one project or several projects in parallel.
  • Simple click-by-click analysis tools. User-friendly interface design facilitates easy-to-use analysis tools for end-user researchers (see Figure 1 for screenshots).
