These whole-genome Populus arrays were designed in collaboration with Dr. Steve DiFazio at West Virginia University (http://www.as.wvu.edu/~sdifazio/). They target all predicted genes in the Populus nuclear and organellar genomes.

Gene Expression

The Populus Gene Expression 12x135K Array allows you to conveniently and simultaneously hybridize 12 independent samples on each slide. Populus Gene Expression 385K Arrays are single array designs that enable you to accurately and conveniently perform whole-genome expression profiling on this important model organism.
