D. melanogaster Genome Research
CGH/CNV
For comprehensive, unbiased analysis of DNA copy number changes we offer D. melanogaster CGH 385K Whole-Genome Tiling Arrays. For your custom research needs Roche NimbleGen’s array technology enables the rapid prototyping of custom array designs, which can include whole genomes, single chromosomal regions, or multiple loci of interest.
ChIP-chip
Interrogate the non-repetitive regions of the D. melanogaster genome at intervals of 100bp or less. The 2.1M Whole-Genome Tiling Array is a single slide which tiles through the entire genome at a 55bp probe interval. The 385K Whole-Genome Tiling Set has 3 slides with an average probe spacing of 97bp.
Gene Expression
Tile through the D. melanogaster genome at any desired spacing to discover genome-wide expression activity in both coding and noncoding regions, and map transcripts with unparalleled accuracy. For maximum flexibility and convenience we offer D. melanogaster Gene Expression Arrays in three formats: 12x135K, 385K, and 4x72K.
